Your error logs are located in 'my documents' and chat logs are also there in the main folder. CassIoPIA

After deleting, uninstalling & reinstalling EL I still had the same problem with send error report to MS. As I said I created another alt and everything worked fine. After several failed attempts to log on to CassIoPIA, I tried a few things and then was able to log onto her again. It is working fine with the exception of a few crashes within 24hrs. 1 was during TPTPR, 1 was while fighting bear in NC and the other was walking to storage in SRM. This is minor to me compared to what was happening before and was able to re-log and play again. Again Thanks for you help and time! CassIoPIA

Hi, Just thought I would bring this to someone's attention, The pictures in encyclopedia for rope & snare are reversed. Thought I was going cuckcoo and had to check a few times before posting. I also tried to post this in encyclopedia error section but it is locked, and also searched forums for similar posts of this and could not find anything. I deleted all EL files and redownloaded game and still have same problem after logging on, I get a black screen then an error report to send to MS. I don't know if this could be part of the problem but before installing 1.5.0 the first time I had removed spell data from directory and saved it to desktop to replace in new version. Well I had not put it back into EL folder after installing 1.5.0. I tried the TPTPR spell and that is when I crashed. When I first installed EL 1.5.0 I had problems crashing going to and from storage in SRM, I turned off sound and all seemed fine for a few hours I had no problems, but of course was AFK most off the time to see if I could stay in game. The first spell which was TPTPR I tried crashed game and now I cannot log back on, I get the send error report to MS message. I am not sure what to do from here, so if anyone can help I would appreciate it, And I am technically challenged and blond, so layman terms are needed. I have windows XP service pack 2. I don't know what other info you may need. Thank you CassIoPIA

I also have had this problem with trading to storage for many months. When I first started playing EL in dec 2006, I had no problems with trading at all. Then after a few months and a few updates it started to happen. It has nothing to do with not enough room in storage or not having the "STO" enabled. I can trade to storage after many failed attempts and aggravation it will finally go in. I am running EL off of USA website and am using windows xp service pack2. Also when I try to click slower, faster, etc......doesn't make a difference, It goes in on pure luck. This is the most aggravating aspect of the game and thank goodness other players are patience when trading with me. Sometimes I even have had ppl drop the stuff in a bag because it is not fair to them to have to sit there and wait for when storage wants to accept items. If anyone at all has any new insight and solutions on this issue, please let me know. THXZZZZZZ CassIoPIA

I searched forums for a thread on this issue, so if one has been started I apologized. Today after I summoned a giant using a stone which cost 24k, I grued and lost control of the giant. Since the whole purpose was to hunt with him, after losing control and him not following me to creatures he was fairly useless. I have no ideal if this is a bug or just a tough luck aspect of the game, but was very disappointed that the only way I could get him to move was to leave guild and summon animals for him to follow......kinda like leaving bread crumbs for him to follow. If it wasn't for the help of other people in the game to bring stuff to me to summon it would have been a total loss. So anyway, I just would like to know if this is a bug or sorry about your luck! I also would like to thank Malodorous, BlueRhapsody, Astacrazybull, St_Arcane and Fourier for all your help with trying to move the beast to hunting location. I could not have done it without you! I also am concerned about using a laptop when the new update is released. I have been told that I might not be able to play if I do not upgrade the graphics card. Which by the way. I don't think is possible. I hope that this will not be the case because unfortunately, I will not by a new laptop just to play. I do have the celeron intel core and hope that will meet the minimum requirements for future use to play. If anyone can help with this issue, I would greatly sppreciate it. Thanks, Cassiopia

In reference to Indus' accusations, I can only say that I have known Thulsadoom since day one of playing and only know that he has always been an honest,polite and hardworking person in EL-Land. I am appalled at your accusations with no concrete proof. Many of us assume things and many times are incorrect. So before you begin calling someone names and posting on forums why don't you stop and think first. I have no doubt at all if he found your bag he would have gone out of his way to return it. Since the last 2 server updates, I am having trouble trading to storage items from other players. I had no problems with this previously and am at a loss as to why it is occuring now. As example, I can stand in same exact spot right next to NPC in storage area and a player will try to trade to storage with me and the message says, can't carry all the items. The"s" is visible when storage opens, but when I push accept, I get that message. When the trade amount is lowered, only then will it go into storage and then I can accept the rest of the item no matter what amount it is. I don't get it. It was fine before, so any suggestions will be appreciated. And yes I have open slots in storage. And these are not items I have never traded to storage many times previuosly in large amounts. When I try to enter the EVTR mine, I have the hardest time entering. I zoom into the spot where I am suppose to click and it takes about 20 clicks before I can get in. This has always been a problem for me so it did not start with last updates. What could possibly be happening? No one else seems to have trouble with this so I don't know what the problem could be.
