So far things look nice. Have had some issues with just rotating my camera and i get lag, with no one around. There is also some times, where the cameras rotation is sluggish but i don't lose any fps. I'd say maybe half the times that it gets sluggish rotating i end up losing 20-30 fps. Fps limit is set at 60. Never had the issue before trying out this new client. I have most of the "extra" options like eye candy etc turned on. Tried upping its rotation speed, doesn't seem to help much. Still experimenting with the new client at the moment. FURTHER EDIT Adjusting the camera speed a LOT higher and turning down camera deceleration has somehwat helped. Also upped the max fps to 80. It still manages to drop down to around 30 FPS about half the time (even with all extra options disabled) when just turning the camera, no one around.

I guess the guild i'm in is an oddball. We always use the guild channel instead of #GM. This is an interesting idea, but not sure how many guilds actually use the guild channel and would have a use for it.

I did a brief search on this topic and didn't find much on this sort of idea (if i'm wrong then i apologize) but here goes.......I think it would be nice to be able to manufacture torches to light up dark areas in game. They could pherhaps be under the engineering skill, with a requirement of(feel free to change it) 15 skill, with like 2 fire essence and 10 brances needed for ingredients. They could(obviously with alterations from my suggestions) pherhaps be used to replace the small fire created by F9, and create another money sink to help get gc out of the game. I'm not too great at coming up with such ideas, so if anyone has better thoughts for ingregs/req to make them, please post them

I agree with you completly

even players who had spent some time playing would get mauled by a black or grizzly bear on such a day. Unless they wasted the entire day on IP that is, which would suck.

This would be a nice idea to see implemented. Pherhaps someone should make a poll so it can be voted on?

Yeah it'd be nice if the pain groans and warcrys could be turned off, but the other character sounds left on.

I see her turning clockwise. I'm not real sure which side of my brain i use more to say the truth, but i know i don't use either side as much as i should Honestly i don't think i'm that creative so probably the left side more.

I have been trying to do that, and honestly i don't have the knowledge needed to accomplish compiling my own client. So far haven't even managed to do the CVS checkout properly. Doing this kind of stuff is completly new to me, so i probably wont get anywhere at all.
