What if Natalie Portman secretly plays EL? Or (insert celeb here) for that matter.
-
Its a game...and a free one too...and its a free game in beta. So it should be expected, as told before by the Devs, Mods and NHs.
-
I do know that. I meant they are the top dogs in their guild.
-
yay...another solitaire win
-
Kala and Anastasia are both GuildMasters in the same guild.
-
Yeah you're right. I installed the new version and then - in my impatience, logged on and it worked. The view was completely different and there were lots of changes but I logged off cus I knew there haven't been any server changes. I am guessing that what I saw, people using the test client would be used to already.

WOW Massive additions on the global swear filters.

We're just waiting for you to start dancing.

What a time to log on eh? edit
-
oh yea definately. I was bemused by the light and stuff at the end though. Still, we're gonna be milking this for ages. We've won the Rugby... We've won the Cricket can we win the Footie?
-
Eh? What !? A Rollback?! Oh wait...we've still won the Ashes
-
Well people who play for long stretches should occassionally log off (and on) more now to lower the rollback effects.
-
Its back up but everything you've done since you logged in is gone I think. I am still back in some cave. ...now about my Thermal Serp ;-)
-
now that you mentioned it...I just put a bag down with my thermal serp inside...
-
Is it happening like right now? My clients gone caput

Commiserations Grymauch. I know how you guys took a lot of time making those bars but you'll recover as you're a decent bunch. Thanks for the tip off of the Bagjumper. I will be vigilant around him from now on.

Well I don't know how or what has happened. But with my trusty old speakers getting all crackly when I played EL (even with no sound) I had to shell out £30 to buy some new ones. But again the problems started re-occuring when EL starts up with the new speakers - rendering them all crackly. Other applications are affected when EL is on but they are fine once EL is off again. I disabled music from the el.ini file and still this problem continues. I'm running Windows 2K with Realtek AC97 Audio thingy - I'm sorry that I can't give anymore information at this time. Has anyone experienced any other problems with this?

Windows 2000 1.8mhz 512ram (Available Ram is around 40% of that). I have also installed the codec for ogg (Oggds95 os something like that). I am clueless as to how this happened but I can tell you that the problem didn't just occur one day. But it slowly built up to it.
-
Your help is appreciated but it doesn't solve the problem. I actually don't want any sound / music at all. I have so far disabled the sound (via the el.ini) but when I'm using a music player the sound is all crackly - until I exit EL.

Yes this it true, and depending on the level of regeneration, I don't think this type of research will ever be applied to humans due to the humans rights testing act...but yeah nevermind those poor rats (and soon pigs). This isn't an environmentalist rant, the article was pitched so that its more readily acceptable by the public... Notice how the article does not use the words: Genetically Modified. Now would it be a crime if they (The Sunday Times) did include them? I know that it would be acceptable to me, but those anti-GM / animal testers groups / some religious factions would be stirred. You should read in between the lines - humans regeration of limbs? wtf are you thinking? You'd have to alter genes in embryonic stages OR mutate them sometime in the course of your life. I am thinking that we're 50-100 years before the technology is ready - let alone the public acceptancy. One thing this article does mean, is that one day, animals would be GMed (Genetically Modified if you didn't already know) to specifically be regenerated for human organs (already done at some level but will be improved)/ human limps or parts (Seen that rat with the ear on its back?) or human consumption.
