I 'm sure the NPC writers can't wait to triple their workload and write 3 scripts for each of the next 150 NPCs instead of one. That shouldnt be a problem, will just take longer time.

Why dont we add several moods to the NPC's based on what race you are? My example is having one neutral mood, one dislike and one friendly. Dwarves are grumpy little misanthropes, they are friendly towards dwarves, neutral to gnomes and disliking the rest. Orchans are warriors and only accept their own kin. Everyone else is disliked. Draegonis are the respectful ones, having a friendly stance with everyone. Elves are neutral with everyone except orchans, which they dislike. Humans dislike elves and orchans, neutral with the rest and friendly with themselves. Gnomes are friendly towards humans, dwarves and elves, while neutral to draegonis and disliking the violent orchans. Practically it would make no real difference, you wouldnt be denied to purchase stuff because of your race.. It would just look nice having a little more roleplay from the NPC's.

Average 1 hour, some weekends I play for 5h+ a day, on regular weekdays it happens pretty often that I dont log in at all.

IMO this is a nice idea.. Add sulfur to IP and then a storage NPC that works until 30ish OA or ALC.

Btw, how about making a "quest" tab in the skills section in client, much like the quest log is today. It could be similar to the knowledge list, with completed marked white, unstarted grey and started but uncompleted red. Quest log for each of them could be incorporated by clicking the quest in the list, and if you havent started the quest there could be a few tips where you begin, such as the name of NPC.

Err... Why wouldnt he wanna do that? Seems like that would be ALOT easier than changing the whole game system.. Plus it would only affect the wrongdoers.

Aislinn, Other games forbid the selling of characters, wonder why we shouldnt. Its really lame how some accounts are merely traded around, enough $$ and you can buy an uberhaxxor character.. How does that possibly give anything back to the game? Buying stuff is okay I guess because you do the levels yourself, but its really sad how some characters (TooMass / Mufossa / etcetc) wanders around every other week with a namechange. Making everything harder sure affects the possibility to play several accounts at once, but it affects the "regular" players also. Enforce the rules harder, forbid people to play with two accounts at the same time, and make it illegal to trade characters. EL is no doubt one of the most moderated games, shouldn't be that much work.

Voted yes, but I dissagree with increasing the harv xp per hour from 120 to 200.. Makes harvesting too easy to level. Edit : Why not give pk maps the "old school" harvests with infinite resources? That way there would actually be some meaning for a mixer going to a pk area.. Most other games have monsters with special drops or some special items etc in pk areas, EL currently only has hydro ores.

Korrode, risk vs reward. You bring expensive stuff, you will lose it if you die. Currently, the pr0 players are still insanely much stronger than the mediumplayers. A person that doesnt have the time or effort to train 8 hours a day might just give up on pking. The price has almost been the same for that stuff.. Only difference is that back then EFE was 2-3k, which is marketbased and not inflation. Most other games is either full drop or no drop at all. Removing rostogolstones really wouldnt be that bad, except for Entropy.. Still, apparently he doesnt make that much money currently, a change in his store might be inevitable. If the ebul pro players uses haxxorarmor in KF, gang them? If they die, they will lose tenfold of what you lose by wearing old school armor. -

You stupid for real? Back in the good old days, people didn't use rostogol stones. With the risk of losing what they wore, they didnt bring expensive stuff. Now the loss is nothing except the occasional breakages and brod. Only loss is the rostogolstone. In the good old days a skilled pker could actually earn money from his kills, now all is a huge loss. It's really sad how Korrode and all you other pkers are bitching about increased drops, perhaps you should petition for the removal of rostogolstones alltogether? That's the only way to solve the increased usage of imba-armor in PK. The prices for the old items has stayed basically the same, nobody is forcing people to use expensive stuff. -

Top 30 seconds, EL is a way too lowpace game for a "long" video.. Also, I believe copyright doesnt cover songs of partial use, if you just write in "credits" artist and song nobody will/can cry.

I doubt people are meaning AFK as in away from keyboard.. It's dam boring watching your character harvest, so many people visit forums, read news etc while your avatar is filling his EMU up. With the new events, this has been almost impossible to do at the same time. There has always been events, but now its atleast 3 times more frequent.. Before you could check the EL screen every minute, now you gotta do it every 10th second.

Sounds good, the idea of a special map for p2p people would be nice. Any thoughts about merging this thing with the p2p races? Afterall, it seems weird to have two p2p purchases. Perhaps add some extra nice human/dwarf/elf looks that is only p2p?

Do you spend your real $$ to buy things from shop? I don't. So I simply pay a gc buyer to get my color/name/whatever change and everyone is happy: I get my color change and the other one gets my gc...what's the problem with that? Same principle, it takes time to get gc, time is worth money. Ingame gc DOES have an irl worth, because people are willing to spend irl cash on saving time and becomming successfull sooner. Many mmorpgs forbid trading rpgcurrency with irl currency.. While it's a good thought, its basically impossible to do. I like the idea of only one character logged in at a time per person. While we're already discussing gold farming, why not ban character sales? It's basically the same thing.

Goldfarming in EL is just epic fail, you earn what 1 USD each hour tops? Go farm in some other game, will earn you alot more money and you can easily use several bots to up your $$/h rate.

It's weird imo that the market changes so rapidly in EL.. Afterall, the inflation of gold coins isnt that big? Anyways, I support this.. Sadly, there is no way a regular player can beat the 180 consumeristbots.
