i died fighting armed gobs in nordcarn cave and mcgunn took my db and refused to return. Beware! After much consideration, mcgunn finally decided to do the right thing. He returned my db.

Good for you tigs I don't care if bags are returned after threats, bagjumping is theft and thievery is outlaw behavior. Just fyi, same thing happened to me and some guildmates who were making fes in mm sulfur mine...we went for an exchange and lethorn jumps on a bag and stole 30 feast pots. He then called us "noobs" when we asked for them back. After we made it clear his EL life would suffer considerably, he eventually returned them...but like you said, that's not the point. He's a thief and shouldn't be trusted.

We in LLL accepted baldi in good faith and he immediately began begging for anything he could get. We encouraged him to work and offered to help him, but he simply wanted a fast way to get equipment. He asked a fellow member to make him a titanium chain and then later that day offered it for sale. While none of his actions are "illegal" per se, he is a not a good person and not to be trusted. We have all had our suspicions concerning him, as he is a noob but in 2 days was able to acquire some of the better equipment. BTW, for those thinking this is off-topic because we have no proof of bagjumping or any outright illegal activity, this comes under the heading of "troublemakers and no-good doers."

Chaos_daughter and bartholo, 2 guildmates, were training on gobs in votd cave when chaos died and before bartholo could get to her bag, davius jumped it. I confronted him and he never denied it, simply replied to everything i said with "w/e."
