At my house I have an MX4000 128 MG card NIVDA and my grandpa has a GeForce 6800 256 MG I don't know if there is much difference but he has 75 FPS and I can only get between 10-20, my graphics drivers are updated, what can I do to greatly increase FPS?

I recently found out, after dieing in the WSC sewer going into the water and dieing your screen goes black and you can't move, all you can do is talk, my friend wanted to know how I died and I showed her by going in the water and dieing again and my screen went black again, you have to re loggin which is a hassle I just wanted to poin this out
