RC2 seems to be working great. I'm seeing a 100-150% increase in framerates from the 1.6 client with all effects or poorman. Love the new leveling effects. Thanks everyone!

Bows appear to use the "Missile Accuracy" attribute under #arm so I suspect the medallions do not increase your chances to hit. The damage increase will require more testing. Since the skill is modified by perception I would guess that night vision goggles may help.

I have a slightly older Radeon (mobility 9700) in my laptop and got the crash after login bug. Renaming the shaders folder in c:\Program Files\Eternal Lands disabled the new actor animations but allowed the client to run.

Actually the one on the 6th is a NDD DURING an invasion and appears to be the only NDD listed. Radu used to do these quite a bit but the fighters would rather PK on NDD then fight hoards of giants. I am not always around and would like to know if/when we earn specials days.

Mine reverted back to crashing with "Initializing OpenGL Extensions" using poorman 1 and 0. Error log only mentions the server failover. Uninstalled and reinstalled 1.5, updated again. The last 4 Pre RCs worked fine.

Damage remains the same regardless of level. You will miss less often as you level up.
