Black screen, el wont start :(

I have problem with el app and my Xiaomi pad pro. Sometimes i cant start app, i can see only Black screen. Idk what's the problem, data and cache clear dont help, restart tablet dont help top, but after some time all works again.

Its a bit strange for me and i Hope three is any idea to solve my problem

Old Character Recovery

The last time I played this game was when I was 13 back in 2006 on the family computer, with good old dial up. To my surprise you somehow put this amazing game on android. You legit made my year. Now I'm curious. My old characters name was Dakoda. I was in the Guild GWar. I honestly have zero proof now that I'm 33 years old. But if there was someway I could get that account back. I had sooo many books researched, I had tit armor. Headbands, capes. Would love to see if it was all still there waiting patiently for me to return.

Problem with Questlog

Hello!

I play on windows and android both with my account, and there is a problem qith the questlog. my questlog on android differs from the on on windows in quantity of the quests and their progress level.

It seems to me the Leather Quest with Kelcha is broken for me. I had her awakened and her Father is willing to repair my Stuff and i also have the eye in the sky quest in my questlog (on windows where i worked on the route to leather quest recently), but the quest is not going further and Kelcha wont sell me Leather.

Pls Help me, especially with the Leather Quest. Till now the mixed up Questlog wasnt really a problem i just could reset them on the other device (android/windows) by speaking with the quest givers.

Material points not increasing

Hi, I've been playing the game on and off for years. And recently when I came back after a couple of years, I increased my character's will be one point which should have increased the material points but the material points stayed the same. Could this be because I left for so long?

Nevermind. I got a good answer on #jc 1. 2 attributes points are required to affect material points.

Chars getting whited-out

Had to get a new phone recently and after redownloading EL i noticed this happens if my char is around glowy swords or wearing one myself. If i equip everything then ice serp last my char is ok til i come around other ppl equipped or map change. I dont recall if 'poor man' was active on last phone, but believe it may have & that i had eye candy/toggle effects/ atmosphere settings on at all times and it saved, where now if i dont want chars to go white i have to have poor man on & reset special effects every time i log on. Any suggestions?

I recently tried to re-install the mobile client to play some EL, but I'm encountering an issue with problems loading textures it seems. A lot of extensions couldn't be found, then disconnected. I'm on wifi using galaxy s20 ultra. Thanks.

Confusing movement controls

In android the controls work via touch screen to move the camera. I can only seem to rotate either around the y axis (left right touch movements) or the X axis (up and down touch movements) but I can't do both at the same time. This makes for awkward unnatural camera control. Are there any options available to enable this?

Better phone, worse experience?

So I have 3 devices. A Galaxy S21 5G, a Galaxy Tab A6 (2016) and a Galaxy S8. The game runs just fine on my Tab and the S8, however when I try to play it on the S21 it just crashes every 5-10 minutes. Ive tried doing different things to see if the crash is caused by anything specific, but really it seems to happen on any map and without any real reason. I dont understand how the better device of all 3 is having more problems than the worse devices? Someone please help me understand and fix this hahah...

Password field character limit

Android version does not accept more than 15 characters on the password field, so I cant log in because I use more, then it says wrong password.

Crashing during combat

Downloaded on my Android phone and game runs great until I enter combat . I guess more then 70% of times I enter combat the client crashes . Any suggestions for a fix?

I play on both PC and android or I should say I want to. Android, I login, and I have no idea how to control anything. I can move ok, get into menus, etc... I have trouble with dragging items, banking items, mostly inventory issues. I tried for 30 min and couldn't figure out how to deposit stuff in my bank or how to drop items.

Also, is there an option menu in android? It seems when I login to my account, it uses my PC settings to some extent. Like it has the map mod I downloaded installed on my phone (which is very cool).

If there is already a resource link to android controls, I apologize for posting this.

Summoning/map change

When changing maps on a boat I notice these green particles appear around my char. Or another person's char if I see them appear. This also happens every time I summon a creature and the creature dies. Making my fps drop so low I can't hardly do anything due to a numerous amount of these particles showing up. Making it impossible to train summoning. I have my graphics all the way down. And cannot find a way to turn off these "particles" from appearing.
