DormantSouL Report post Posted December 7, 2007 I had an old 32mb vid card, before August. I upgraded to an nvidia 256mb card. Since I started playing, before the upgrade, through this point, and continuing I've noticed an odd effect. When I heal, restore, or exit certain locations on PL, The reflecting glow that normally appears from a healing spell, seams to linger, and follow me wherever I travel, until I enter another map &/or building. This has no critical game-play side effects and seems localized to the PL map. I was wondering if this is a known, or has been experienced by any others. My inquiries retrieved no like circumstances. RotationZ Report post Posted December 7, 2007 (edited) Had the same, Looks like a lighting bug, starts when casting restore spell. srry 4 the big screenies... DormantSouL Report post Posted December 8, 2007 It appears frequently, but not always. It can occur after casting restore (haven't tried 'heal', and exiting pot school, though both perhaps 50% of the time. The effect I encounter, isn't quite like the reflection shown in the captures above. Mine appears as a glow effect that has about the same radius as my avatar is high, and as well, will follow me as I walk around. Until, of course, I load another place. This episode took place in DP after exiting the alc school.
