Use action (all right clic) not pointing correctly

Hi,

I reinstalled twice, under ubuntu, but I still have the issue.

I tried to deactivate all video options but not better.

ISSUE : moving to the point shown by mouse is ok ; talking to NPC, using, harvesting, opening a door is NOT OK.

The pointer is never where I expect it to be. I need to test all the screen to find the correct spot, and the offset (X and Y) will move next time I look in a different direction/perspective.

I have no problem under windows.

Thanks for help.

Yes. all options 1 by 1.

I wonder if there are other settings available than the ones from the game interface.

None that I can think of. I not heard of a similar problem before. Do have have desktop effects enabled? Compiz sometimes goes weird things so it might be worth a try turning it off. I've also seen issues with a wireless mouse on a laptop not responding to right-clicks. However, the gnome desktop was also effected and using the laptop touchpad fixed it immediately. What are your machine specs, graphics etc?

Ubuntu 9 on a very poor machine. I only play el on it for harvesting from a remote access , so nô big deal.

But even in full screen mode, not better.
