COB is expanding its foundry and taking employees

The guild COB has become a place for people who like to make things rather than kill each other. We have grown in size to about 80 then stopped the recruiting. Gradually, the less steadfast and inactive members dropped out and now we're between 50 and 60 members.

 

Because of the ever increasing demand for metals (notably steel and iron bars) we are coordinating the effort of mass producing them. This means, we discourage our members from getting their money by selling flowers to the shop. They make the same money or more by getting stuff we need instead. Yes, why harvest lilacs for 0.5 gold a piece when someone in the guild pays the same for red snaps and red roses?

 

The COB guild is now becoming something of a big foundry with miners mining, flowerpickers picking flowers and beginning alchemists working on fire essences. The more advanced alchemists work at churning out steel and iron bars and stockpile them to fulfill our contracts. Did you realize that making fire essence is much more profitable than selling lilacs? In fact, out of a few thousand fire essences, there will be an enriched fire essence, you can be up 4k in a lucky second. And soon, that'll be over 5k.

 

Because our leadership structure is getting used to organising a coordinated effort, we will take more members for all positions. The only requirement is that you are interested in working in a big coordinated project. Even if your goal is to be uber PK fighter, you'll need the money. This money you can make better if you work with us than by harvesting fruit all day. Plus, the foundry needs second hand weapons as much as new ones so we are also happy with a fighter training against the likes of goblins. We will even make you an overseer of the labour force if you are smart and well organised.
