problems getting validation

Hi,

 

I tried to get my account MrOne validated. Apparently i already had other accounts. But afaik i never validated those accounts (their names are not in the member list). Could those other accounts be deleted so MrOne is my only account or isn't it that simple?

I tried to contact Aislinn in game (i guess MrOne is banned from forum too, I can't reply or post anything in the help me section), but didn't succeed.

In my opinion, I never intended to break any rule, I just want a validated account on the forum. Can someone tell me what to do?

No, it's not banned, they just are not able to post until approved by admin.

And didn't you have another forum account from your old character names?

Or did you forget the pass or something?

I did have other forum accounts but never validated those and if they aren't in the member list then how could I log in? No, I'm glad they're gone. Thx.
