hussam Report post Posted December 2, 2012 (edited) Try the following. under windows, press Windows Logo+R on your keyboard. Then type cmd.exe and press enter. This will open a command line window. In that window, type: tracert game.eternal-lands.com Look for * characters. Those are timeouts. If you are able to get to the last hop game.eternal-lands.com (213.152.3.5), it means you have a connection to EL server. Next step is check if port 2000 is open. In the same command line window, type: telnet game.eternal-lands.com If it doesn't reach the welcome message, it means either: 1) your internet provider is blocking port 2000 2) or you have a locally installed firewall on your computer that is blocking port 2000 or el client from connecting to the internet.
