vinoveritas Report post Posted January 19, 2014 Question does anyone know if you can set the coundown watch up to sound an alarm when it reaches 0 (maybe over a Text Warning setting or so on. I like the watch i just do not get warned that the coundown is 0 when i am doing something else and not watching it regularly
bluap Report post Posted January 19, 2014 It already makes the "bump" sound when the countdown gets to zero. Its not configurable but I guess it could be, or at least separated out in the client sound configuration files. Perhaps a new sound could be added when we do the next release. Raz Report post Posted January 19, 2014 can you also get the countdown initial value to save? Also once expired - how are you supposed to re-activate it - I end up increasing by 5 seconds then decreasing then starting it
bluap Report post Posted January 19, 2014 (edited) The initial countdown value is not currently saved between client restarts but it could be, I assumed that would not be useful. If you right-click on the timer, there is a menu of options including resetting to the previous start time. There is also a stop watch mode. All the options are available from the right-click menu but are also available using mouse control. There is an option on the right-click menu to show the help, the same help is included in the description with the enable/disable setting in the options->HUD window. Right-click for menu. Shift-left-click to toggle mode. Left-click to start/stop. Mouse wheel to reset, up/down to change countdown start time (+ctrl/alt to change step).
