Guest Serranian Report post Posted May 2, 2011 I was able to create my character (thanks Maxine!). I set the #use_animation_program= 0 and it worked fine, but now my graphics look like this: What's up with that? My iMac is only a couple of years old, so I didn't think there'd be a problem.... Ooops, I forgot to say that when the game is loading, it says something about not being able to find the GL_EXT_texture_compression_latc extension. I thought that the macs came with all the opengl stuff...?
Theryndan Report post Posted May 2, 2011 (edited) I have no experience with Macs and have never seen that problem before (looks like the edges and the diagonals of the tiles are not displayed correctly), so consider these just as guesses: - try to toggle on/off the options you have in Ctrl+o -> Adv Video - could you post here the content of your error_log.txt file? About the missing extension, that's usually not a problem (at least on windows and linux): it just means that your video card doesn't support that feature. Guest Serranian Report post Posted May 3, 2011 - try to toggle on/off the options you have in Ctrl+o -> Adv Video I tried this first, and when I disabled "Toggle Frame Buffer Support," everything magically started working fine! Thanks!
