All characters and models are rendered white

Just installed the game with no issues however when I get to the character creation screen all characters and models are white. The start up screen is fine and the issue is only with actual gameplay.

Please disregard. I must have missed the solution to this in the forum.

Either it's:

 

CTRL+O -> Adv Video -> Disable "use Animation Program"

 

or

 

CTRL+O -> Details -> Disable "Shadows"

 

always mix these 2 up

I have this problem and neither of the fixes work for me. There's also a "shadow bug" option that doesn't fix anything...

 

EDIT: The arms and legs suddenly started working, but the Torso, capes, and Hats are all still white. I think I'll try re-installing.

I have the same problem too. Tried shadow bug option and enabling/diabling various graphics options and managed to get the arms and legs displaying ok, but hair and torso are still white and the character has no feet!

 

I am on windows 64 bit vista with graphics provided by "Mobile Intel 4 Series express chipset"
