Banned And Never Even Played Before(why?)!

After i downloaded the game,i configured it and then i double clicked on el.exe.I was prompted with: "connecting to server..." and then "Your ISP or IP bla bla bla was banned" and i NEVER PLAYED BEFORE!!!!!!!

 

Um... why?

Please read the pinned topics on this forum/topic. They explain that Bellsouth Canada or something similar, has been banned, and specific ip ranges have to be added for players under the blacklisted IP's, to allow them to play.
