In 2000, 1988, 1968, and 1960, the electoral college elected the guy who lost the popular vote. It would confound the common man to be able to select their own leader to such a degree as to render him incapable of doing such ordinary activities as he would perish. ~The Constituion of the United States of America. Of course, I'm told that Paris is like the New York of France, but my experience with the French still remains negative. If I moved to anywhere in Europe, it would probably be somewhere in the UK.
