Harvest Effects Reduced A Little

As a temporary fix to the Harvest situation, the following changes have been made:

 

1. Radon damage is gone

2. Wall damage has been cut in half

3. Teleport to PK maps & SKF has been disabled

 

Final decisions on what will happen and tuning are being discussed. These steps were taken to provide some immediate relief without totally remove the Harvest Specials.
