Placid Report post Posted September 1, 2004 If you are having trouble with the game, and are posting on this Forum, it would help all of us who are trying to help you if you did a couple of simple things. These are: 1.) Post ANY and ALL error messages and the Error log file. ----This helps developers and people with a more in-depth understanding of the client to assist you. 2.) Post your computer specification. ----Including Processor, RAM, Graphics Card (Full info, including mem.) internet connection (optional when posts are network related). That way we can all get a speedy and detailed reply. [Edit Thanks to Leelo ] And of course, a full description of what is going wrong, i.e. Window doesn't open, game starts then crashes, can't log in etc. That way we can help you as much as possible.
