Why is puma before gargoyle if pumas are harder..

I heard that wolf is between cyclops and fluffer, so fluffy is stronger than it. Also wolf has 200 hp

and fluffer 250.

does that mean that the deer is stronger than the wolf because the deer has more hp? -_-
