I got a problem, would you plz help me anyone?

Hello all! I just downloaded the game and installed it. I did like they tell in the download page:unzipped the file, patched it then put the right ip on the el.ini file and put an account on the empty space after username= and password= after that i runned the game. its say in short words that my ip is banned.... :shock: But i never played before lol... what is the wrong thing i did or not plz help me???
