Forum Time (Dont flame me)

Recommended Posts

This is kinda off topic, and ill probably get flamed for it but........

.....its also kinda pointless........

Although the british summer is usually non-existent, when it reachers the summer season, the time increases by 1 hour. So technically you should increase the forum time by one hour and therefore should be in BST.........

Sorry :P

This is partly an oddity of phpBB (the software that runs the forums).

I run a copy at work for my department and have the same limitation.

GMT is in use (but called different : UTC = Universal Time Coordinate)

This is the default time used among licenced radioamateurs and shortwave radiobroadcaststations
