Possessed By The Lag Daemon!

Recommended Posts

I'm lagging more than a bananna slug nailed to a computer desk!

EGADS =0

I've had this since I started the game but it's really getting on my nerves. I finally asked about it in chat and someone reffered me to these forums. I disabled whatever I could that was unessescary, and if it helped me I didn't notice it. Any help here? :x

First, how many FPS do you get?

Second, what are the specs of your computer?

How do I find my FPS?

What are specs are where can I find them?

 I know, I'm not great at these terms.

your FPS (frames per second) is displayed in the top left corner of your screen while playing the game (make sure you didnt disable it)

specs i believe would be specifications.. like your video card and type of computer, etc

I took a screenshot of the first page. Here it is:

computerinfo.gif

As for the computer name, my mom chose that. I had no say in it. I wish I could change it. It's sooo stupid.

Don't act like that. This is the computer name, NOT my username on the computer.

As for the lag, should I redownload?

i grab this off the internet but im not sure how good it will work so rite down your settings befor tring this

XP/2000: go into Control Panel, and then Performance and Maintenance (if you are using the default XP GUI, otherwise it's System), and then to System--In Windows 2000, go into Control Panel and then System. On that window, choose the Advanced tab, then click on the Settings button under Performance. Click on the Advanced tab in that window as well and click on the Change button under Virtual Memory. Select Custom size, and then make the Initial size 1024 (approx 1gb) and the maximum size 2048 (approx 2gb).

You get 0 FPS because you do not have the right drivers for your video card.

Find out what video card you have, go to their site, and download the latest [OpenGL] drivers.

Oh, the highest FPS I'm getting now is 3. And it's a little less laggy. But not much.
