Engineering is not checked on the skills abrove 20 requirement for guild joining

Ok i have created an alt char that has as of right now

Attack 16  16808xp

Defence 16 14725 xp

harvest 18 29247 xp

Alchemy 17 23221 xp

magic 8 2000 xp

engineering 24 93101 xp

and overall 27 180109xp

I tried to have him join guild and i get the message

[09:14:41] You need at least 1 skill over 20 to join a guild.

 

My guess is that some more exotic skills might have been forgotten in the check if one skill is over 20
