wiki comp table selection arrows missing

not sure if this is the right place to mention it but i just noticed the arrow selection buttons missing on comparison tables for wiki missing, looks like its been reworked or a different load?

Well el-wiki got an update and a few things went bad with old layout versus new one, so this can be one side effect

Another one is, When i do log in i do get errors about layout not Available and i cannot change the layout. because i cannot navigate to the place i would need to. the tabs in the special pages are static for me.
