Guest Barashkiss Report post Posted January 30, 2013 Hello! I have a strange problem. I tried to connect to main server, but I've got an error. Than I made some changes to servers.lst (replaced port 2000 with 2001) and now I can connect to test server. I tried to use telnet to check whether my ISP blocking 2000, but it seems that game server breaks connections. telnet game.eternal-lands.com 2000 Trying 213.152.3.5... Connected to game.eternal-lands.com. Escape character is '^]'. Connection closed by foreign host. telnet game.eternal-lands.com 2001 Trying 213.152.3.5... Connected to game.eternal-lands.com. Escape character is '^]'. Test Server! <;,

hussam Report post Posted January 31, 2013 (edited) I get telnet game.eternal-lands.com 2000Trying 213.152.3.5... Connected to game.eternal-lands.com. Escape character is '^]'. Hi, and welcome to Eternal Lands! If you're new to the game and need help, please read the newbie helper guides on the main website. If you would rather learn by doing, talk to the Tutorial NPC, which is at the start point. In addition to that, you can type #help_me and your question to get a live response if there are helpers online. Click on the screen to continue! It looks like your ISP or some firewall is blocking connections to port 2000. You can use Learner's redirect service which works through port 443 (same port used in https connections).
