Challenge at Gallery: I can not upload new pictures

I have a challenge here for quite some time now, have been trying to update some pictures at the Gallery here at these forums with some of my latest custom clothing designs but I get every time an error message:

 

Error You are not permitted to upload any more items into this album.

 

I have been in contact with Aisslin since September who checked my settings, she could not find anything unusual but would look further into the matter. So far unfortunately no news nor change.

 

My apologies for writing it here to perhaps (?) speed things up, its now 6 weeks later.

 

I just do not understand why I can not upload anything new, nothing has changed, there is plenty space left and the pictures are small in bite-size, same as before.

 

It is especially the not knowing why which makes me itch most. Any advice or help in the matter is much appreciated.

Ok I think I solved the problem, looks like it was limited to 20 images in an album, see if you can upload now.
