I mean, sure, when there's a new quest, no need to spell it all out to everyone, but in this case.. it's a perk, it's not the epic secret to uberrichness and invincibility. If it were all spelled out here in the forums it would ruin it for people. Whether it is a quest or a perk, there are people who would rather find out about this on their own, but feel compelled to look and read your walk thorough, therefore ruining the adventure.
