Crash on Launch

This is what I get when I launch:

xtension, not using it...

Couldn't find the GL_EXT_texture_compression_latc extension, not using it...

GL_EXT_texture_filter_anisotropic extension found, using it.

Using vertex program for actor animation.

The location of the data files in use is /usr/share/games/EternalLands/

Your personal settings and logs will be saved in /home/fred/.elc/main/

Connecting to Server...

<0:00>: Disconnected from server!

Press Alt-x to close the game

The connection to the server is out via port 2000. Make sure you are not blocking outward going connections for that port. Alternatively, it could be that your ISP/network provider is blocking that port. Also, this is not what I'd call a crash, its a connection issue. Perhaps you could change the title.

OK,

To be more specific.

Version 1.9.2 was working great for me for months.

Version 1.9.3 came out.

I "installed over" my 1.9.2 and ever since get a conncetion to server error.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, upgraded multiple times since and just get that same connection error.

 

Any help would be very much appreciated.
