fred_penner Report post Posted June 7, 2004 Maybe this has come up before, but why when one side of a trade transaction can't hold all the items does the trade fail and the windows close? Why not just display the "trade failed" message and leave the trade window open? It's annoying having to click the trade icon on someone again, especially in a crowd like VOTD storage, and then add all the items to the screen again. fred_penner Report post Posted June 7, 2004 Hey thats a good idea, but NO IT ISNT, how could you put stuff away then? It leaves the option to abort the trade and then move stuff around, or just reduce the amount of stuff in the trade.
bubsyneo Report post Posted June 13, 2004 i think it's a REALLY GOOD idea! when the trade fails, the window should stay there, but the crosses (you press to agree with the trade) go away and you change what you are trading, or you open up your inventory and put some thing into a bag so then ypu can trade, and the bag of stuff you got rid of would still be under you , so you could retrieve what you got rid of if you want to take some back. i don't think there would be anything wrong with the idea. good thinking fred! hehehe. bubsyneo
