Can't Login to the main server

Hi there,

 

im trying to install EL in another computer, and i cant log in with my char.

 

I have installed the client version, and when i try to Click the loggin button after putting my Username and passwords happends nothing.

The funny part of it, ist that i can connect to the test server without problems, and in the main server i can create new Char

 

I past here the error.log file that i become after starting

 

My Actual System is Windows 7 64 bits

You're saying you can create a new char and login on that new char? or you just mean you can bring up the New Character screen?

I Was just checking it, and yes, i can bring up the new character screen, but when i click OK it happends nothing

 

So no, i can create new chars

 

 

Can something to do with banned ip range or something like that?

Or any other idea?

No. Its on a different location. I have been playing a bit now in the test server, and no problems there.

I have also testet with PK server, where i dont have any account, but there, when i try to login at least i get an error message

 

From the main server i just get "ignored"

You need to call the internet service provider at that location and say:

"Please stop blocking outgoing connections on TCP port 2000"

 

If the person on the other end of the phone doesn't know what that means try saying:

"Turn off the firewall"

...or just say you want to speak to someone who does know what it means.

Is there any option that the problem is because the ip is banned or something like that?

 

Should i write a post in the bans section?

 

I dont realy undestand that the 2000 is blocked, but not the 2001 or 2002

Edit: If i run a Netstat whith the game open, it says that the connection to port 2000 has been stablished.

 

I tested also the lrnr-main option, and works (i have no account there, but looks like it works)

Signing up for Learner's proxy is an option to get around this.

 

If the IP was banned you'd get a message saying something about it.

 

So sowhere, there is a "·$"!·$!"·$!"· Firewall.....

 

It's at the ISP, as i said you need to call them.

It's possible there could be like an online admin tool for your internet connection on your ISP's website that you can disable the firewall from.

Yes, port 443 no? I could think about this, but maybe its better that i dont loggin from this net , lets say i have no access to the firewalls or the ISPN
