Leprikon Report post Posted November 4, 2010 (edited) GREEN FINGERS HARVESTING GODS SHOP RULES 1) Large orders (those exceeding single 10k orders) shall be broken down into batches of 10k per order and labeled per batch. These shall be placed in the Large Orders section and shall be moved up accordingly as other orders come in. In this light, a maximum of 5 batches per order is enforced. Please re-order once the initial batches are completely listed in the Ready for Delivery section. 2) We don't mind holding on to stuff, but the items will be given to other customers if the client doesn't tell us otherwise. Maximum time of holding is 1 RL week (7 days) from completion of order, with notice given via forum PM and/or Gossip/Zerachiel. Orders will be extended for a maximum of 3 more days, and shall be automatically expired thereafter. Succeeding repeats shall not be given extensions anymore, and shall automatically expire on due date. 3) If client won't be available within the holding period, please post so. 4) Since active staff is only limited to a few, please bear in mind to allow some time to complete the order. We are all working to fill orders, and will indicate in order replies/ingame PM if the order is done and ready for delivery/pickup. 5) In-game and/or forum messages are sent to clients when their orders are done.
