PK server, Nordcarn's treasure Quest (spoiler!)

I started doing Nordcarn's treasure Quest on PK server, and everything worked fine till Frukas' scroll. I couldnt read it. At least it didnt give me pop up, and didnt change the quest log, so i guess its a bug. He told me to do, but after that ... nothing.

 

Edit: i could complete the quest, just a popup and quest log note missing at the scroll.

What about on the main server? Can someone test it?

I did the quest today on the main server, and it worked fine.
