I agree with Khalai If there are even more chances that your armor breaks I would certainly less pk

Lets not forget that cotu is still an option, no need to fear the brod that badly

 

 

Though I think this is not a great idea as there is no risk to the ranger in this case. Brod is a personal weapon. It should be kept for up close personal things ^^
