scanr Report post Posted April 26, 2010 I did search but did not find it, Here is a wiki link to a ketoh (Navajo name) or bow guard. They are also called bracers, but I am referring bow guards. For game realism, improved accuracy, slight armor increase, maybe hand to hand accuracy decrease. Construction should require turquoise and amber (in honor of the Navajo people), to bad we don't have coral. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bracer Just an idea, this item could require 2 skills to complete. Crafting for the silver work, to make one piece. Then manufacturing for the leather work to complete it.
DarthCookie Report post Posted April 26, 2010 Hey, this is a good idea imo although, maybe should just require one skill to make ; maybe an engineering item
Maxine Report post Posted April 26, 2010 Nice item, but how will you equip it?
groomsh Report post Posted April 26, 2010 Nice item, but how will you equip it? Maybe it could be used instead of a shield and only while bow/xbow is equipped.
scanr Report post Posted April 26, 2010 (edited) Nice item, but how will you equip it? Good point, It would have to be equipped like torso armor. You would have to where them instead of torso armor. They would need a higher armor value to make them worth it. Edited April 26, 2010 by scanr

Roja Report post Posted April 26, 2010 Braces are included in torso armor. They can't be separate.
