Dilly Report post Posted December 8, 2009 (edited) I saw rutu putting mines in C2 portals room last ndd and someone that didn't take the One perk has no risk from that, whatsoever, and the persons that do have the One perk have been warned over and over again to never expect to be safe. Nothing wrong with what rutu does, it's their choice to be pp hungry enough to take that neg. #edit oh and especially.... even without the One perk you're nuts if you go walk around in expensive gear without a rosto, let alone when you do have the perk.
