Just an update, I checked and both bags are still there.

Ok, hint.

The first bag Y coordinate sum of digits last digit is 3, such as this:

y = 123, the sum is 6

y = 789, the sum would be 24, so the last digit would be 4.

Someone found the thermal serp bag, but wishes to not be identified..

There is still the other bag left.

 

The hint for the other bag's x coordinate is that the sum is 4.
