Entropy Report post Posted August 12, 2009 The idea is nto bad, and I actually had a similar idea, which is why I added the book of enhanced weapons. However, there is a flaw in your idea: If only a dragon scale is needed, then this dragon scale would act not only as a weapon enhancer, but as a weapon protector (assuming those swords would degrade in their original version, like the enhanced iron armor does now). If your idea did not include that, and instead they would vanish when broken, then it's not a bad idea, but this would kind of make the thermal serpent more or less useless, so either the damage increase should be smaller, some penalty added, or a higher break rate.
