Grats!! I couldn't have done better myself \o/

Being an amateur map maker/editor myself, I feel you are on to something here. Why not try some outside areas? trees, lakes, rivers, plants, etc...

Keep up the good work!

Oh, btw, if you want to post images here, follow these steps:

  • capture your screens
  • edit them to a good size, recommended is 300 pixels wide (to avoid having a thumbnail on the page)
  • upload to a free image hoster
  • dont forget to get the url of each image!
  • click the "insert image" icon up top
  • paste the url of the image
  • you can also play around with the placement of the image(s) in your post
  • you're done!

have fun!!!

I disagree with this.

Don't make them 300 pixels wide. Use thumbnails (or just links) in the forum post, keep the actual images large so people can see the detail if they want.

(You don't look at them with a 300 pixels wide screen ingame either, do you?)

Otherwise that's a good step-by-step guide on posting the images

Back on the topic, your work on the map looks good. Just keep making maps, and you'll get even better at it

It's kinda easy to post large pictures via thumbinals while using photobucket.com hosting. uploading file there gives you a link to the photo, but also a thumbinal.

Just by adding 'th_' to the file name you'll get thumbinal link without resizing, creating, uploading and linking any extra files... kinda convienient imo.
