bug with titanium cuisses of cooldown removal?

When wearing the titanium cuisses of cooldown removal, i did get: Dilly had the cooldowns removed because of his/her armor!, but the cooldown doesn't actually get removed. At first I thought maybe I used my EMP right after the cooldown removal message, but it kept happening.

 

Asked a guildie to test them out, he had the same issue.

 

The screenie is the best i can get to show you, though you have to take my word for the fact that I really used the potion before the orange spam message.

Have you tried using another SRS right after the removal message? It might be possible that the blue color doesn't get removed but that the cooldown at server side is gone.

I was on test server messing around with the over powered items and the CD cuisses were not working.

I tried to reproduce yesterday but couldn't even trigger a cooldown removal.. will try again today. To be continued

What he said.. IIRC this was posted before, the cooldown IS removed but the blue colour doesn't get removed

ok, I tried it.. seems that indeed it's just the timer that doesn't go away.

 

Excuse me for not looking back to threads older than about a year ago, when all this time, I've never experienced this issue with the cuisses.

Ýeah, it's a known bug...noticed it when they first came ingame.

The cooldown is removed, just the cooldown timer isn't. According to Radu it's a clientside bug but doesn't have priority.
