hylianmobster Report post Posted April 14, 2009 my friend has a Compaq Presario with Ati Radeon 200 express video ..onboard i think! it crashes as soon as it starts to load. the error is always in the C:\DOCUME1~\COMPAQ~\temp folder but its a different file included in the error report every time it crashes. always the same folder. i am lost please help me Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Thyralax Report post Posted April 14, 2009 Thats an odd place for an error to occur That card is getting on a bit, have you made sure he is running the latest drivers? Does s/he get to the name entry section of the client? If he is and still having no luck after updating the drivers try ctrl and O at start up and turning down the game settings. A full system spec and the error log would be needed really to help much more.
