pixie Report post Posted March 18, 2009 Hey i know iv spoken to u aislinn but ent told mme to post on here! been locked for wat i think is no reason at all i had pixie char then brought char called miroslav got name swap then gave miroslav (old pixie) to a friend next day freidn traded items. this was NOT the same i.p address, fair enough i was only allowed one char to my i.p that is why i gave away my char straight away instead of waiting for people to offer me price wasnt worth getting locked over thats why i gave away. so i still only have 1 char to my i.p had 2 chars to my i.p for no more then 15mins. i dont think that is something to but locked n banned for and would like to come to an argeement as i would like to carry on playing EL. many thanks PiXiE Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

As we have already covered ad nauseum through forum pm, giving your character to a friend on a different IP so he can give you the items and bypassing having the same IP, does NOT make it legal. That scenario is specifically addressed in rule 5. How many times now have you been locked for rule 5, not only on the Pixie character, but all the ones you used before that...heaton, mario35, soul, etc etc etc. You really know better and you have had a lot of chances. Your last bans thread specifically states no alts, no more problems of any sort, especially illegal multi and especially trying to get away with it with loopholes. I KNOW you are not as ignorant of rule 5 as you claim (begging for the benefit of the doubt only works so many times). (And btw, this is yet a 4th version of the sorry tale) As stated here and via forum pm to you, I am not going to debate this anymore. There is nothing to work out, no agreement to be made. You broke the agreement you made in your last bans thread, both by having more than one character, and by another case of illegal multiplay. I will not be responding any more to this case, we have exchanged over 10 forum pm's each way on it already as well, I am done with it, the decision stands. pixie Report post Posted March 18, 2009 i wasnt trying to find loopholes i gave char to my friend to keep not just to give me items otherwise i would of split the items my friend wanted to play EL but found it hard to level up from 0 so i said he could have my char when i brought my new one. so wat ur saying is who ever gives a char away there never allowed to trade with each other again, if thats the case i think half EL would be locked by now Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

How strange, I see you acquired miroslav on march 13 and had both miroslav and pixie running on the same IP until 4 days later when I locked you. pixie Report post Posted March 19, 2009 i explain the whole thing i brought char (miroslav) for 700usd then asked friend if he wanted my char but told him he would have to wait till i got name changes (swap) think maybe the next or 2 days after learner done the name change for me theni gave the char to my friend same day he gave me items which i honestly didnt think was against the rules as it was a new owner i mean after me paying 720usd and knowing mods/aislinn would have a close eye on me i would NOT be stupid enough to trade on same i.p cos thats just asking for a bann and throwing 720usd down the toilet. Nothing bad has happened from your IP since the locks.I have unlocked Pixie, and locked Soul. Conditions: No alts. No sharing, either somebody using your character, or you using somebody else's. Don't even think of asking me to unlock soul so you can sell it or whatever. If I see anything bad happen from this IP again, it WILL be banned. (You know, such as attempts to find the passwords to other accounts that don't belong to you, etc). pixie Report post Posted March 19, 2009 (edited) Yeh I know where ur coming from, but i mean when i got my char back then i was abit excited and read through it fast even if i had read it well i wouldnt of remembered the part of no one else using my char but still he wasnt using the char he was having it. i do understand where ur coming from tho ent. but honestly from wat iv done i dont think it was i.p banning matieral (spelling) :S im sorry for all this trouble i just wish we could come to some sort of argrement like only whitelist PiXiE char (old miroslav) and lock or delete all other chars anything.
