Guest ricard Report post Posted December 5, 2008 Hi all, Ok, I cna get the game up and running fully on my newer laptop but struggling on my desktop. It is running XP v3, and has a SiS661fx graphics driver. It loads up fine and i can see my char, and all surrounding area, but the game crashes approx 1 sec later. Macal Report post Posted December 5, 2008 You can check these points: 'EL.exe' is in 'C:\Program Files\Eternal Lands' The file 'EL.ini' in the same directory contains the string '#data_dir = "d:\Eternal Lands' (with #) And 'My Documents\Eternal Lands' contains configuration files (files *.DAT and others) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Gampa Report post Posted December 5, 2008 It is running XP v3, and has a SiS661fx graphics driver. SiS graphics cards aren't really supported, I think. You could try to enable the 'poor man' option in the options window (Ctrl+o at the login screen - Details Tab). Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest Ricard Report post Posted December 8, 2008 Thanks for the replies. Tried both of these things, but no avail. Also tried adjusting the amount of colours. but still zip.
