It's a public announcement like the GIWS invasion warnings, and it doesn't matter if the winner is online or not. When you're not online at the time, you don't get any automatic message though (afaik) when you log in, so you'll have to hear it from friends, or you can check the list on el-cel.com (Community > Lottery Statistics in the menu). [edit]or as Aislinn says, go to Tombolarul himself of course[/edit] If you don't pick up your prize within the week, the gc gets added to the next week's prize. Good luck! If you are the winner, you will get another option to claim your prize. If you are not the winner, nothing will be different. Just make sure you do it before the next drawing.
