PaulB Report post Posted July 18, 2008 So I was thinking that there are a lot of people who love to get lost in the lands of EL. I am wondering what exactly are the things you give up to play EL. Do spend some "sick" days at home to make a few lvls and talk with friends? Do you give up spending some time with a loved one (girlfriend/boyfriend/wife/husband/family/etc etc)? Do you TiVo your favorate show so you can watch it only why your AFK harvesting? Or do you just spend a little time on EL and not give up anything in your rl for it? I can say that I have given up both work time and play time to be in EL and it doesn't bother me so much now as I work from home and have a family to support. I also find it easy to afk harvest and stuff why I do my normal day to day task that come with having a 4 and 1 year old in the house. So leave a comment and let us know please! Maybe some money on electricity bills because I usually just go AFK for the night or even during my workday. Tempting as it is.. no I would never call in sick for EL. That said.. Entris Report post Posted July 18, 2008 I would never use a sick day to be able to play EL but if i am home sick and well enough to get out of bed i usually play EL for a little while if i have the energy for it, its really boring to stare at the celing all the time, other wise i play as much as i can when RL allowes it, when GFs working or i have a day off from work or like now i'm on vacation I play EL when i'm bored or when i want to cool down and relax a bit, nice to talk to friends and harv/mix/kill something after work or before work or when i'm off work, hell i want to play EL all the time but RL doesn't allow it! I only play EL when I'm really bored, and I'm always afk working on something offline- 3D models, drawings, websites (coding on my desktop for those who don't know), scripts, ect...
