I don't understand how would it work.

1. Alliances are made on purpose between guilds that don't want to fight eachother.

2.

it's still upto you to decide who to attack or not, so no1 forces you

The only possible outcome, I can think of right now, is summoned creatures attacking allied guild.

I don't like this idea. It doesnt' make much sense, in my opinion.

I think that leaving a guild would be much easier than implementing such a day. Most probably person killing an allied guild member would get removed from the guild, regardless.

yeh i get what u mean, actually such a day forces people to lose their allies...kinda wierd and what goal should it have except than destroying relations between guilds lol

Use only #guild_color instead of #ally on NDD and Day of no Grief. No drop day wear red cloaks and on day of no grief wear a rosto. Problem solved. :medieval: That way anyone can fight anyone they want on two special days. If you plan for multi guild attacks on other players or guilds then you have to go back to #ally for the duration. ;)
