Dark Ritual in Thelinor

The manuscript found in Thelinor almost a year ago has been deciphered! Magicians gathered in Thelinor again to begin the ancient ritual described in the manuscript. However the Gods of Draia, insulted by the blasphemy behind the ritual, decided to prevent the conclusion of the ritual. Hordes of bloodthirsty creatures surround the 3 magicians who are still safe only thanks to the magic of the ritual. They're waiting for help! Hurry!

 

Details:

There are 3 people entrapped in Thelinor waiting for help. They need to be escorted outside the area, but only to the requested realm. They cannot pass through other realms(maps) on their route.

This is a capture the flag type event. You and your team have to find a flag (a person with green name) and escort it to a desired place (either map exits of the city of Thelinor). You can intercept the flag by:

- finding it;

- annhilating team escorting it.

You take part in the event only your own risk. No armour better than iron plate set is allowed, no weapon better than titanium serpent sword is allowed. Your losses will not be compensated in any way.

 

Teams:

Teams have to count 4 players. There is no necessity for them to be in one guild. However, your combat level has to follow rules:

1. If the combat level of any team member is higher than 350, total combat level (that is counted for all of team members) shall not be higher than 800;

2. If the combat level of any team member is between 300 and 350, total combat level shan't be higher than 850;

3. If the combat level of any team member is between 250 and 300, total combat level shan't be higher than 900;

4. If the combat level of any of team member is between 200 and 250, total combat level shan't be higher than 1000.

Note: These rules apply to your attributes in the day and time of the event. They do not take into account any p/c and a/d modifiers (e.g. potions). You are allowed to provide 2 players as substitutes. Mind, though, your team must meet aformentioned requirements. There is no CL calculator that takes into account ranging/summoning skills. We will, thus, use the calculator provided by CEL website.

 

Event rules:

1. No characters and/or players banned from events are allowed to take part in it (vide Mortos Challenge). Namely: Marwen, Toomass, Hamster, Ej_joker,

2. Audience is allowed only at their own risk and is not allowed to interfere with the event in any way.

3. Summoning, using magic and similar is allowed.

4. Summoning stones are allowed, but NO creatures stronger than white tigers.

5. Using any of the in-game skills is allowed. That included mines and ranging.

6. Breaking any of the above rules will effect with permanent ban from any event organised by the Event Teams and myself.

Date: June, 14th, Saturday

Time: 22:00 CET (20:00 GMT)

Signing-up: dead-line is one week before the event kick-off

I don't remember how it worked last time.

I'm not sure about. I may agree on CoLs but on the condition nobody whines his CoL got damaged/lost.

Generaly, expect all monsters available in game, all dirty tricks I may come up with, etc. etc. etc. Be warned. No whining you didn't expect something after the event.

CoL issue final decision

Since we got 48cap my suggestion would be to not throw on contestants any higher mobs from mountain chims.

This is still a challenge for most ppl and at least they can be blocked sometimes, not like giants/drags, not to mention they deal 40-50dmg and not 70-100+

 

U can always perform a test( on test server or main) to see how things go when 1 or even a group of players fight high lvl mobs now ( giants/drags but also yeti and ac r kinda crazy hard unless u r in a group of 130+ players, drags r hard even then tho )
