Please put your video card specs in your signature

Recommended Posts

As you've noticed, there are all kind of problems with the new client (which is not totally unexpected, given the fact that there are a lot of new and nice things in it).

But because many people have problems, and it is hard to remember which person has which card, please do a #glinfo and put the first 3 lines in your forum sig, so that it is easier for everyone to see which cards cause problems and stuff (when you post on the pre rc threads).

After the update is done, you can remove it.

This is not mandatory, but we'd appreciate you doing it.

Ok, I did it.

Only problem I'm having is that, when I switch resolutions, everyone's chars are invisible. But I'm certain I'm the 50th person to report that.

Nice idea except for people that use multiple systems (e.g. work, home, laptop, ....) sometimes all of them during the same day.

Any suggestions on how we can help?

EDIT: currently I included work specs, but those will be wrong as soon as I post from home, and I think changing siggy multiple times a day will not be practical. Actually I'm sure will lead to confusion and mistakes.

Well, if there are ambiguities just add both and tell on which system you had problems. If you don't have problems the better

Added my specs to my signature as below. Edit: Sorry was away for the weekend so didn't know there was a newer RC than 7, will install and use from now.
