During this most recent outage, step 11 was 47 ms 55 ms 47 ms so-1-1-0.mpr1.lga5.us.above.net [64.125.27.170] followed by: 12 * * * Request timed out. Steps 13-19 were identical to step 12. (edited to add this) On a previous trace, step 12 was so-1-0-0-.mpr1.ams1.nl.above.net [64.125.27.186] 13 was so-0-0-0.mpr2.ams5.nl.above.net [64.125.26.46] Hope this helps. When I went through my experimental proxy server I ended up avoiding above.net and it used alter.net instead, and my connection is more stable and lower ping time (drop from 160-250ms to 140ms). They aknowledge the issue (above.net issue) and think it's currently stable. However ticket is not closed yet. I'll let you know as soon as I know more.
